Leak Investigation & Diagnostics

We locate and identify sources of water intrusion using moisture meters, thermal imaging, bore-scopes, and envelope testing techniques.

ASTM E1105 Window and Door Water Intrusion Testing Services

Professional water intrusion testing for windows and doors in accordance with ASTM E1105 and AAMA 502 and AAMA 503 standards. We identify leaks, diagnose installation defects, and verify performance for residential and commercial buildings through controlled, forensic testing methods

Building Enclosure Forensics

Air Leakage Testing

We provide independent whole-building air leakage testing and diagnostic evaluations to measure building airtightness, identify uncontrolled air leakage pathways, and verify building enclosure performance.
